Our client, a leading international service provider for the Gaming industry in Malta now has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Payments Optimisation Manager, to join their rapidly growing team. In this role you will be reporting to the Payments Product Manager, managing, maintaining, and improving payment products in multiple platforms, and supervising the day-to-day operational workflow of the Optimisation Team.  MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Constantly working on optimising workflows
  • Gathering, managing, and prioritising the business unit’s requirements
  • Compiling and reporting week/sprint and month performance and deliveries
  • Acting as the advocate of the business unit and articulating the users’ needs
  • Working closely with engineering, design, and operations to ensure business units goals are met
  • Organising regular meetings with technical and operational departments to collect feedback
  • Supervising performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policies
  • Ensuring shift and leave management are done according to Maltese labour laws.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the iGaming industry, including a deep understanding of payment methods, technologies, and industry trends
  • Experience in managing gateway integrations, with a strong understanding of Payment IQ and Praxis or similar gateway providers
  • Proven track record of optimizing the performance of various payment methods, enhancing user experience, and increasing conversion rates
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of payment systems, APIs, and integration protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to adapt to evolving payment technologies and industry changes
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on payment industry advancements
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payment-related issues and challenges.
