MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot issues arising in payment integrations and sandbox testing.

Analyze current payment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to increase payment success rates and reduce transaction times.

Investigate transaction irregularities and payment behavior.

Manually execute client withdrawals if needed and monitor deposits.

Collaborate with payment providers to ensure seamless transaction experiences.
-
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented payment solutions.

Work closely with the finance and tech teams to integrate new payment systems and technologies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in payment systems optimization, preferably within the iGaming industry.

Strong understanding of payment cashier systems and integration matters.

Understanding iGaming transaction related matters.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
