GRS Recruitment are working closely with a new and exciting brand setting up their operation in Limassol. For this new firm we are searching for a Payment Specialist to join the team. The successful candidate will have a passion for online business and high Knowledge in payments, banks and exchanges. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Be the payment specialist for multiple groups of companies
  • Proactively research new payment methods (PSPs /EMIs and Banks)and solutions with a view of achieving more streamlined process and/or improved customer experience
  • Communicating closely with the development team, both on setting requirements and providing ongoing testing feedback regarding payment providers
  • Dealing with day to day vendor issues
  • Insightful analysis and monitoring of volumes, patterns and costs related to payments
  • Contract negotiations, account opening and maintenance of service providers
  • Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform
  • Keep central updated documentation repository of all reconciliation processes, internal procedures and financial risk register in cooperation with the compliance departments, must maintain and create compliance requirements

  • And or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
  • Educated to degree level or the equivalent  in Finance, Math’s, Engineering or any other related field
  • Previous experience in Fintech/Gaming is a must
  • High Knowledge in payments, banks, exchanges and processors
  • Connections in the online industry advantageous
  • Experience in risk and compliance advantageous
  • High level of excel skills
  • Business fluency in English
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical competencies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
