For their Limassol based team, we are seeking to recruit a Payments Specialist who will be reporting to the Company’s CEO and Group Management. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting research to identify new banks and PSPs and recommending new banks and PSPs to the Group Management according to business needs.

Interacting with PSPs and building sound business relationships; able to negotiate terms and conditions with them.

Dealing with the onboarding of banks and PSPs.

Monitoring bank and PSP fees and ensuring that they are correctly charged according to the relevant agreements.

Comparing fees between banks and PSPs and optimizing fee structures; aim to decrease bank and PSP fees.

Suggesting and implementing ways to decrease declines from PSPs and to increase approval rates.

Handling any issues which may arise with banks and all PSPs.

Reconciliating payments received against statements from PSPs and ensuring that the correct amounts are recorded.

Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSPs.

Keeping track of market trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Accounting and Finance or any other related field

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail

Strong sense of professionalism and integrity

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

Excellent Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications)
