The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with good knowledge of accounting standards, VAT principles and payroll. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and processing of accounting entries

Preparation of management accounts if required

Preparation of monthly payroll for company and clients (using payroll software)

Vat/vies preparation and reporting

Monitoring of Bank transactions

Filing and records retention
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related field

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
-
Good knowledge of accounting standards, VAT principles and Payroll
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-
Good command of the English and Maltese languages
-
Experience with payroll software
-
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
