Our client a Financial Services Provider which offers different solutions mainly to the Forex industry, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Assistant in Limassol. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a Payroll role and experience in FX is a major advantage. This is a great opportunity to join a team of professionals!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation and calculation of the monthly payroll

Calculate bonuses and allowances
-
Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
-
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
-
Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
-
Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business or Finance or any other relevant field
-
At least one year of experience in Payroll
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Excel is a must
-
Experience in handling large amount of data
-
Exposure in remuneration policies
-
Experience in the field of payroll will be considered as an advantage
-
Fluency in the English language, oral and written
-
Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure
-
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
