A leading Corporate Service provider is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their payroll team in Malta. You will be responsible for managing the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies. The perfect candidate will have A Level education and experience in a payroll position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies
  • Prepare and submit FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, and SCC forms
  • Assist clients with payroll related queries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Generally, handle the payroll process from start to finish for clients as part of the Payroll Team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • ‘A’ level standard of education
  • Meticulous and have attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
