A leading Forex company is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team in Malta. You will be called upon to process payroll for many employees and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be experienced in payroll and ideally speak fluent Maltese. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process monthly payroll for around 300 employees

Process various expenses
-
Liaise with various departments and employees regarding payroll queries

Process all year end payroll
-
Ensure all current payroll legislation is adhered to

Dealing with queries as they arise

Duties of Bank accounts watching,
-
Liaise with the company accountant and legal firm
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Good level of written and spoken English, ideally also Maltese speaking
-
Must have solid experience of running payrolls from start to finish
-
Good knowledge in MS Office and Internet programs
-
Previous Payroll experience is must
-
Manages to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Able to implement internal processes
-
Works Independently
-
Able to process all the salary process of the company
-
Input information on Dakar system
-
Cooperate with the in-house accountant
-
Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks
