MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduction of Payroll Procedure in a monthly basis

Registration of employees to Social Insurance Department, Income Tax Office, and Immigration Office

Consulting for Social Insurances issues
-
Creation and update the contracts of employment
-
Execute the monthly payments to employee's bank accounts
-
Monthly online payments of Social Insurances
-
Prepare reports and data analysis related to Payroll
-
Calculation of monthly Labor Cost
-
Collect, process, and submit the annual IR7
-
Issue and distribute the annual IR63
-
Submission of Applications for any refund to the company (ANAD, Income Tax, etc)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Accounting
-
At least 5 years work experience in an equivalent position

Fluency in written and verbal Greek and English languages

Ability to manage pressure and follow strict deadline

Computer literate (especially excel)

Strong planning and organizing skills

Numeracy and Literacy

Critical thinking
