DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute quarterly and annual strategies for search, social, display, and programmatic (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more).

Lead campaign planning, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing across platforms.

Continuously A/B test to improve performance, reduce CAC, and increase conversions.

Collaborate with CRO and UX teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.

Work with creative teams and agencies to launch thumb-stopping ad creatives that convert.

Own budget allocation, spend reconciliation, and ROI forecasting.

Build dashboards and track KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) to guide decision-making.

Present campaign results, insights, and action plans to executive stakeholders.

Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues, including UTMs, pixels, and app installs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience—FX/Fintech experience is a must

Strong track record running high-budget campaigns across search, social, and programmatic

Analytical mindset with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, Excel/SQL

Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a cross-functional team

A deep understanding of mobile app acquisition, including CPI, CPA, MAU growth

Confident communicator who can turn data into strategic insights and compelling narratives
