On behalf of our client, a well-established property management company of a variety of luxury properties (both movable and immovable) for the best benefit of the beneficiaries, GRS are recruiting a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join their team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages for absentee staff or the Management.
  • Welcome any guests and ensures a comfortable stay at our office
  • Ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and is responsible for the calendar meetings of the Senior Management
  • Undertake general office duties including filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arranges for purchases and replenishment of office material, coffee and drinks and any other items as to be required by the cleaning staff.
  • Take care of visas and immigration clearance for the expatriate employees as to be required.
  • Responsible for the travel bookings, transfers and any Hotel accommodation arrangements for the Director and any visitors as to be required.
  • Office management Petty cash control.
  • Other projects/duties as to be assigned by the Director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in business administration, secretarial studies or office Management.
  • Fluent in Greek, English and Russian languages, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • At least 2-3 years prior experience as a receptionist, secretary, or office administrator
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and polite personality
