GRS Recruitment is working in close partnership with an international firm with global locations who are searching to hire a talented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Fund Director and department with day-to-day coordination to be based in Nicosia. For this role we are seeking an induvial with previous experience within a similar role and be fluent in both English and Russian. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare daily agendas and follow up with pending tasks
  • Manage the booking flights and hotels of the management
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements and daily activities
  • Assist the Fund Director with communications management; including written, telephone, email etc.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements
  • Assist in file organization
  • Perform variety of office and personal errands
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent English and Russian is a must
  • Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills. Must follow up with all tasks 
  • Creative problem solving
  • Flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
