An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a well-established Real Estate Investment firm in Malta. The main purpose is to provide high-level executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, in the management and direction of the company. The perfect candidate will have qualification (minimum MQF level 6 equivalent) with 5 years’ experience in a similar role or 10 years’ experience dealing with senior management.   • Assist the CEO, by managing his workload, following up on meetings, external contracts and initiatives
  • General administrative duties on an executive level
  • Compiling of correspondence and reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare, proofread and edit outgoing correspondence
  • Attend meetings, take and prepare minutes
  • Monitor and delegate tasks to ensure deadlines are reached;
  • Manage, plan and implement communications related to press statements and PR in general
  • Liaise and collaborate with Heads of departments on various projects
  • Deal with unexpected issues diligently
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar post or 10 years’ experience working with top management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • IT literate.
  • Highly organised, rational, and able to make decisions
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Positive attitude and ability to challenge objectively
  • Trustworthy, reliable, loyal and of high moral integrity.
