Our client, a leading international bank based in Qatar offering a range of banking products and services to corporate international customers as well as High Net Worth Individuals are currently working in partnerships with GRS to recruit a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate must already be based in Qatar and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and fluency in both, English and Arabic.   • Act as the CEO's first point of contact
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Draft official letters, invitations, reports and other documents
  • Responsible for upkeeping and maintaining CEO's office
  • Assist CEO in all required tasks
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
  • Residence of Qatar with no visa restrictions
