On behalf of our client, a well-established Oil and Gas Company with offices globally, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Personal Business Assistant to joint their Limassol Offices. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-level of administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.   • Preparing (draft) formal business communication, recurring reports, and similar correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences for the CEO; taking notes, minutes, or other documentation as directed.
  • Receiving incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performing office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies
  • Maintaining the calendar for the CEO.
  • University Degree or Diploma
  • At least 5 years of experience in general secretarial and/or personal assistant role in corporate environment.
  • Fluent in English and Russian language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new or updated software.
