A software development company with offices in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a talented PHP Developer for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a career alongside talented individuals. Strong background in MySQL, JavaScript and API integrations and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP Development are the main requirement for you to succeed in this job. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • PHP Development: Develop, test, and deploy robust PHP applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Database Management: Proficient in MySQL database design, optimization, and management.
  • Front-end Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using efficient, modular, and reusable PHP and JavaScript code.
  • API Integrations: Design and implement RESTful API integrations with third-party services, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Code Optimization: Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all code and processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of professional working experience in PHP development.
  • In possession of the below technical skills:
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and RESTful web services.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
