An international, family-run Tanker Shipping company are looking for a Ports Cost Analyst to join their team in Southern Malta. You will report to the Operations Manager and Accounting Manger and will be responsible for handling and controlling the Agency Disbursement Account for vessel’s expenses in Ports, dealing with Agency for tariffs and discounts, liaising with Administration and Operation Departments to facilitate the day to day operational duties. The perfect candidate will have 2 years’ experience within accounting and have attained an A Level in Accounts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping the accounts up to date.

Liaising with Suppliers.

Updating General ledgers as necessary.

Entering data and posting of invoices.

Handling the Agency Disbursement Accounts for vessel’s expenses in Ports.

Dealing with tariffs and liaising with clients regarding payments and discounts.

Liaising with Administration and Operation Departments, to facilitate the day to day operational duties.
