MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop PPC strategies and plans to achieve business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
  • Set up and manage campaign settings, ad groups, ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bid strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad performance, landing page effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing page experiences, and creative assets.
  • Manage PPC budgets, bids, and spending allocations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize campaign results within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
  • Keep abreast of changes in search engine algorithms, advertising policies, and industry regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PPC advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent understanding of PPC metrics, KPIs, and performance drivers, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Experience with keyword research tools, bid management software, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
