As a PPC Specialist you will manage complex advertising funnels for the company, including lead generation via Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and other paid platforms. You will be expected to take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns aligned with the company's goals. Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Bing Ads, and DSP platforms

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads conversion pixels

Perform in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or similar tools

Configure and manage Google Search Console for SEO/PPC data integration and technical issue identification

Implement advanced bid strategies including CPA, ROAS, and manual bidding to maximize ROI

Build retargeting and lookalike audiences across platforms using first-party and pixel data

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive optimal performance

Develop structured ad campaigns using SKAG (Single Keyword Ad Groups) or thematic grouping

Collaborate with designers for high-performing static and video creatives optimized for platform specs

Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rate, quality score, and landing page experience across campaigns

Generate performance reports in Google Data Studio or Looker Studio with actionable insights

Manage large-scale ad budgets and reallocate funds based on performance data

Ensure full compliance with ad platform policies, financial services advertising restrictions, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)

Optimize mobile vs. desktop campaigns for device-specific performance

Implement call tracking, click-to-call, and offline conversion tracking integrations
