On behalf of our client, an Ultra High Net Worth Family in Limassol is looking for a Private Chef. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to plate and present dishes aesthetically
- Skills in portion control and precise serving (accuracy and neatness)
- Ability to prepare dishes strictly according to recipes and exact measurements
- Experience in preparing healthy meals (steamed, baked, with minimal use of oil)
- Understanding of dietary and balanced nutrition principles
- Willingness to work according to a nutritionist’s recommendations
- Strict adherence to instructions
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen/work area
- Attention to detail and carefulness and precision
- Responsible handling of kitchen equipment and food products
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Valid health certificate (medical book)
- Compliance with sanitary standards and hygiene regulations
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably within private households or luxury service environments
- Strong background in healthy cuisine, with an emphasis on nutritious meal preparation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan menus that cater to specific dietary requirements
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with a friendly demeanour
- Experience sourcing and purchasing high-quality ingredients
- Established contacts with local farmers or strong knowledge of local food stores and suppliers beyond supermarkets
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- € 36,000 – € 40,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
