MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Organise, document, and control all procurement activities and materials.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare bills of quantities for construction elements.

Prepare and present procurement-related budget reports.

Monitor supply chain performance and logistics lead times.

Propose alternative sourcing solutions where appropriate.

Draft and manage supplier purchase contracts.

Lead price negotiations, establish cost benchmarks, and oversee contract agreements.

Design and manage tender documentation and processes.

Evaluate supplier proposals and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar procurement role, ideally within construction or hospitality.

University degree in Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Fluency in Greek and English.
