The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in a similar role in order to take over the automation of existing or new products within the group. This person will be responsible for the strategic planning, definition, development, maintenance, and development of the full hyper-automation delivery. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead changes and solutions for proprietary CRMs, trading platforms, Client area, and Partner area.

Collect and analyze feedback and change requests from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.

Understand user needs and build delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team.

Prioritize the change backlog and ensure resource allocations and accountability across cross-functional teams delivering quality products and services that generate business value.

Ensuring the required documents and information for the executions are complete by working closely with all the stakeholders.

Identify areas for improvement, derive insights from the data, and develop recommendations.

Ensure product changes and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

Create and maintain strong relationships with your teammates, senior management, business units, tech teams, and vendors.

Work closely with the head of department , providing insights and progress reports across the initiatives.

Previous experience in the FX industry will be considered as a strong advantage and 3 years in a similar role is a must.
