GRS Recruitment is on the hunt for a creative Product Designer to join a growing shipping firm in Limassol who’s ready to reshape the industry. This role is part of a dynamic digital project that's revolutionizing the commercial side of shipping. Forget clunky spreadsheets and endless email threads, they are building smart, seamless tools that connect their clients through intuitive workflows. They are scaling up fast and need a talented Product Designer who’s obsessed with clean design, loves solving complex UX challenges, and wants their work to make waves
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design sleek, user-friendly interfaces from concept to developer-ready handoff

Craft and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability

Build responsive layouts that shine on any screen

Create interactive prototypes for fast testing and feedback

Map out user flows that untangle complex processes

Design reusable components that make scaling a breeze

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers to bring your designs to life

Infuse every screen with UX best practices, usability magic, and accessibility smarts

Follow brand guidelines or help define them if we’re starting from scratch
CANDIDATE PROFILE

3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with complex web apps
-
Mastery of Figma and a strong grasp of responsive design

Proven ability to create reusable components, clear flows, and polished mockups
-
Experience working closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
-
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility (including i18n)
-
Bonus points if you’ve worked with PrimeNG or AG Grid
