Our client is building a modern payment orchestration platform that enables businesses to manage payment providers, optimise transaction performance, and scale across global markets. They are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy, define the roadmap, and shape the future of their payments platform. Working closely with leadership, engineering, and commercial teams, you'll turn market insight and customer needs into innovative product solutions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the payment platform.
- Identify new market opportunities through customer, competitor, and industry research.
- Prioritise product initiatives that drive commercial and customer value.
- Define requirements for payment routing, provider integrations, checkout, reporting, reconciliation, and platform capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and commercial teams to successfully deliver and launch new products.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve customer outcomes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Senior product management experience within payments, fintech, PSPs, PayFacs, acquiring, gateways, or payment orchestration.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, transaction flows, provider integrations, and merchant needs.
- Experience building and delivering product roadmaps in a B2B technology environment.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €70,000 - €90,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
