MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Manager to own core areas of the product — the social and discovery experience, creator monetization, and the engagement loops that make both work. You'll decide what to build and why, write the specs yourself, live in the data, and drive it all the way to shipped. This is a builder's role, not an executive one: small team, high ownership, and you're in the detail every day.
- Own your product areas end to end. Decide what to build and why, then take it all the way to launch and measure whether it worked.
- Drive monetization and engagement. Own the loops that matter — discovery, retention, conversion, subscriptions, and creator earnings.
- Write the specs yourself. Clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria — you're hands-on with the work, not delegating it.
- Live in the data. Dig into the numbers yourself, form your own view, and make sharp calls on what moves the needle.
- Work daily with engineering and design. Sit with the team, unblock them fast, and ship at pace.
- Run live-ops style experiments. Test, learn, and iterate quickly on a fast-moving consumer product.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5–8 years in product management. Enough to own significant areas independently, and still deep in the craft. We're hiring a hands-on builder, not a VP or an executive layer.
- From social media or gaming. You've built product at a social / UGC / creator platform (feeds, discovery, live-streaming, community) or in gaming — social casino, F2P, or mobile games.
- Monetization and live-ops experience. You've owned monetization, subscriptions, in-app purchase, campaigns, or engagement/retention mechanics for a consumer product at scale.
- Very hands-on. You write the specs, pull the data, test the flows, and stay in the detail. No job is beneath you.
- Data-driven and user-obsessed. You make decisions from numbers and real user understanding, not opinions.
- You thrive in a scrappy, high-speed startup with little process.
- Experience at a creator / UGC / live-streaming platform, or a social casino / F2P gaming company.
- Comfort working on an adult-content platform; you're unfazed by the subject matter and treat it professionally.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day product work.
- In office in Limassol. Based in, or willing to relocate to, Limassol, and happy to work on-site with the team.
