An innovating Payment Solutions Technology provider are working with GRS to recruit a Product Manager to join their Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in a similar position in the Banking or Payments sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand, Document, and communicate the customer needs in simple plain English.

Build the customer experience maps. I densify challenges and areas of improvement where we can help by providing a product or a service (Or updating existing ones)

Work hand in hand with business development, Tech Advisors, Compliance, and vendors to build/update/upgrade the products and services.

Develop business cases and projections

Develop the communication PRs and FAQs

Develop the marketing goals, objectives, and targets (Metrics of measure)

Monitor the product development, product launch, and results and report against goals and targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Technical Engineering degree, Business administration Degree, PLUS an MBA or Product development and management degree, or work experience with international firms in business development, Product management (example of companies are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Uber, Careem, ...)

7-10+ years of product management or other relevant experience, preferably in the payment or banking sector

Proven work experience in a qualitatively/quantitatively heavy role

Strong quantitative and analytical competency

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
