The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business, development and UX teams in communicating business requirements as part of the development life cycle, whilst being a results-driven and reliable individual who is looking to grow with the business through commitment and high-quality work. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Understand and represent user needs via user stories and/or workflows

Define success and vision for the product or product area

Own all prioritization of tasks and communication in conjunction with the Development team and ensure that milestones are communicated downstream to product stakeholders

Continuously engage with stakeholders and users for feedback and refinement of the product

Work on prototyping and conceptual designs with UX lead
-
Define Acceptance criteria and form
-
Undertake impact analysis of Product changes or new Product launches on business teams and resources

Work closely with Marketing and Brand Teams to ensure external copy and material reflects Product vision

Work with BI team to ensure the availability of decision-making metrics both pre and post product launch
-
Where necessary, lead sprint and sprint planning meetings

Where applicable, work with external development teams or vendors and act as bridge between the external entity and the company

Continuously monitor Technological and Product changes within the FX and CFD space and report back to the Product team
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Understanding of the Agile Development Process

Understanding of Product Management

Basic knowledge of FX and CFD industry

Experience of using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence software or alternatives

Experience of wireframing and user stories creation

Can do attitude with the ability to work in fast paced demanding environment.
