On behalf of our Client, an IT solutions provider, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Product Manager for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate need to have deep understanding of Brokerage activity and business needs and experience in building related products, who will be ready to become a part of our highly professional team and will be reporting to the Head of Products. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Identify areas for improvement, derive insights from the data, and develop recommendations.

Ensure product changes and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Managing the team of designers and developers in order to implement the changes to the Product

Owning product backlog, collecting and creating product requirements

Driving a solution set across client and server development teams

Analysing the progress, reporting and optimizing development performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Relevant experience and degree is a must

Fluency in English and Russian

Experience in a brokerage or related is a must
