MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and translating the strategic vision of the MD into detailed requirements for prototyping and development

Work closely with cross functional teams, internally and externally to define a product strategy, application, scoping, product discovery, UX design, journey mapping

Work closely with cross-functional teams, internally and externally to ensure that the product meets the needs of our clients

Research competitive products and provide ideas for continuous improvement and conduct user research to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the MD, customers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog,
-
Oversee the product lifecycle from current state to go to market. Responsible for defining product requirements, creating user stories, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that TruePort is delivered on time and within budget

Work closely with marketing and sales functions to develop product messaging

Create business cases and use cases for continuous improvement of the product platform

Support the QA and testing of the product platform

Support the customer onboarding process
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
-
Good command of the English language
-
Good communication skills as well as the ability to work within a team
-
10+ years product management experience in the SaaS market
-
Attention to detail when building detailed requirements with stakeholders
-
5+ years product management experience
