DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain the product roadmap to align with business and event objectives.

Define product vision and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs across departments.

Work closely with Event Operations, Marketing, Sales, Registration, and Development Teams to ensure seamless digital experiences.

Act as the primary liaison between event departments and the development team, ensuring product requirements are well-documented and executed effectively.

Identify opportunities for digital innovation and continuously improve product offerings.

Gather and prioritise requirements from internal teams and external users.

Ensure seamless user experiences across event websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.

Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Drive efficiency in processes and improve communication between teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within digital products, technology, or platform-based solutions.

Strong product management experience with a focus on digital solutions.

Ability to define, prioritise and execute product strategies.

Experience working in agile environments and product development cycles.

Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Familiarity with Jira or similar product management tools.

Experience in event technology is a plus.

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of aligning digital solutions with business and event objectives.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work effectively across departments.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
