An international technology and digital transformation consultancy with established operations in Malta and expanding operations in Cyprus., are working with GRS to recruit a Product Manager for their Limassol offices. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee their complete service portfolio in Cyprus. This strategic role involves managing a growing local team, ensuring the successful delivery of KPIs set by the Malta head office, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the full range of products and services offered by the Group in Cyprus.

Lead, manage, and expand the local team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.

Coordinate closely with the Malta head office to align on strategies, processes, and KPI tracking.

Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including key clients and suppliers.

Ensure company KPIs are consistently met or exceeded through efficient management and strategic execution.

Conduct market visits across Cyprus to engage with customers and assess service delivery.

Represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships to drive business growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, service management, or business operations.

A relevant business qualification and/or project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Proven experience in ERP implementations is essential.

Basic knowledge of IT hardware, web development, and SEO will be considered a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both English and Greek.

Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to expand and motivate teams.

Strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach and the flexibility to work in a dynamic, growing environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
