Our client, a well-established IT company based in Limassol, is actively seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner who possesses strong technical knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This person will demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience designing or working with CRM solutions, along with solid experience designing APIs and integrating multiple platforms and enterprise systems. This person can translate business needs into clear product requirements, partner effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, experience with online trading platforms and PSP integration is highly desirable. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with trading workflows, payment service providers, and connected platform ecosystems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are consistently met.

Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Gather, document, and refine business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Lead product discovery and decision-making for CRM-related capabilities, workflows, and customer data processes.

Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on the design and evolution of APIs, including requirements for performance, usability, scalability, and security.

Communicate product status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve issues and drive solutions forward.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and urgent demands.

Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and met.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment

5+ years of experience designing or working with CRM platforms and related business processes.

Previous experience with trading platforms and PSP integration

At least 3 years of working with APIs and integration of various systems with demonstrated experience designing APIs and collaborating with technical teams on API strategy, requirements, and delivery.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

€55,000 - €75,000 Gross Per Annum
