MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead changes and solutions for proprietary CRMs, Client area, and Partner area

Collect and analyse feedback and change requests from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products

Understand user needs and build delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team

Prioritize the change backlog and ensure resource allocations and accountability across cross-functional teams delivering quality products and services that generate business value

Ensuring the required documents and information for the executions are complete by working closely with all the stakeholders

Identify areas for improvement, derive insights from the data, and develop recommendations
-
Ensure product changes and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
-
Create and maintain strong relationships with your teammates, senior management, business units, tech teams, and vendors

Work closely with the head of department , providing insights and progress reports across the initiatives
-
Inspire, coach, and implement product management best practices across our organization and become an idol of product management
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong track record of Product Management

Well-versed in Product management methodologies and industry best practices

Ability to think strategically and innovatively

Critical and creative mindset

Detailed-oriented approach

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Nimble and driven

Previous experience in the FX industry will be considered as a strong advantage

Fluency in English to a professional business level is compulsory
