The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create project status reporting (Project burndown/ Burnup charts)

Organise Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings along with the Scrum team and project manager.

Participate in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products.

Gather requirements from the business and involves in the process all stakeholders (for the whole lifecycle).

Partner with IT and logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing business requirement documents, prioritising deliverables and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including business functional testing.

Deliver multiple business projects of varying complexity and size.

Assess the project risks and create a risk matrix.

Manage all stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.

Produce well defined delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence and delivery timelines.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc/MSc in management, computer science, engineering, or in a related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
-
Understand business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
-
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain stakeholders’ buy-in and cooperation across departments.

Experience in financial industry is desirable.
