An established, growing and evolving company which offers alternative digital financial services, are working with GRS to recruit a Product Owner Business Analyst for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create project status reporting (Project burndown/ Burnup charts)
  • Organise Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings along with the Scrum team and project manager.
  • Participate in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products.
  • Gather requirements from the business and involves in the process all stakeholders (for the whole lifecycle).
  • Partner with IT and logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing business requirement documents, prioritising deliverables and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including business functional testing.
  • Deliver multiple business projects of varying complexity and size.
  • Assess the project risks and create a risk matrix.
  • Manage all stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Produce well defined delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence and delivery timelines.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc/MSc in management, computer science, engineering, or in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain stakeholders’ buy-in and cooperation across departments.
  • Experience in financial industry is desirable.
