A growing pharmaceutical group of companies specialized in the production of APIs and finished dosage forms has asked GRS Professional Recruitment Malta to recruit a Production Officer, for a 1-year definite contract. The role reports directly to the Production Manager and will form part of the Production department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, write, edit, and improve documentation such as Batch Manufacturing Records, Packaging

Records, SOPs, Proformas, Logbooks and various other production related documentation.

Be responsible in handling the Production aspects of packaging launches.

Support manufacturing operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Assist in the planning of the manufacturing schedule.

Support in training to the production personnel.

Evaluate scientific data resulting from the department’s operations.

Be involved in investigation of deviations and root cause analysis where applicable.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A University Degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Science (other Science subjects can also be considered).

Ideally have experience working in a production/GMP environment but not strictly a requirement.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Good computer literacy and command of MS Office Applications (especially Excel).

Ideally have experience working with SAP.
