The successful candidate will be reporting to the Production Manager and liaise with the Quality Department and will improve the optimisation of the manufacturing process. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor performance of machines
-
Following the ingoing/outgoing manufacturing schedule

Supervise the entire production process
-
Optimize manufacturing process with attention to waste management
-
Plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully in accordance with all specifications.

Supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Must be in possess of an EU/EEA passport.
-
The selected candidate should ideally come from the manufacturing industry and be a shift leader.

Have a minimum education levels.

Have a logical, analytical approach
-
Able to communicate in English
-
Able to lead a multicultural team (30 production operators)
-
Able to work from 6am to 2pm (possible overtime)

Computer literacy and good command of MS Office Applications.
