MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading all works and procedures in factory and on sites

Budgeting, scheduling and resource management (in house and 3rd party contractors)

Tendering, ordering materials and subcontractors.

Administration of related documents
-
Setup and manage production projects
-
Studying architectural, structural drawings.
-
Provide all instructions and drawings to production (in ODOO)
-
Responsible for high quality assurance. Instruct production supervisor, workers, subcontractors, quality control
-
Implement best practices in the factory to meet KPI
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor or master's in civil engineering
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience
-
Member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Civil Engineers)

Strong Projects Management skills and experience (mission critical)

Very good Problems solver
-
Very good Planning and subcontractors
-
Very good Negotiation skills
