MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Ensure all works are carried out according to plans and specifications
- Maintain quality control and site safety standards
- Handle on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions
- Keep records, reports, and site documentation up to date
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous site experience in construction is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of English and Greek (Russian is a plus)
