MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the projects’ delivery end-to-end, from initiation to implementation, benefits realization, and impact assessment

Create and maintain strong relationships with your teammates, senior management, business units, IT project management team, and vendors

Work closely with the head of department, providing project insights and progress reports across the projects’ portfolio
-
Ensure accountability across project teams delivering quality products and services that generate business value
-
Manage internal and external resource allocations to the projects facilitating frictionless project deliveries
-
Ensuring the required documents, information for the project executions are complete by working closely with our Business Analyst and Product Manager

Identify areas for improvement, derive insights from the data, and develop recommendations
-
Inspire, coach, and implement project management best practices across our organization and become an idol of project management
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A solid track record of project deliveries

Well-versed in project management methodologies and industry best practices
-
Ability to think strategically

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-
Solid experience working with the Senior Management
