GRS Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation focusing on programs for social improvement looking to hire Project Managers for their team in Nicosia. For this role you will be asked to pick up the established work processes and project requirements, as well as be able to deliver independently within the first three months of hiring. Training will be provided for the position. If you are a graduate of Education or Social and Political Sciences, the position is a great kick start for your career!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Responsible for working and delivering of ongoing projects as assigned

Liaising with EU partnering institutions

Conduct research, systematic review, literature review
-
Organize focus groups, interviews, questionnaires and submit final results

Build and deliver training programs
-
Ability to travel 1-2 times per month
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Master’s degree in any of the following areas: Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Environment, Health, Linguistics

Excellent spoken and writing skills of English and Greek

Results-oriented and able to work independently to complete assigned projects

Ability to demonstrate communication and soft skills aptitude
