On behalf of our client a prestigious Legal & Corporate Services provider, GRS are seeking to recruit a Project Manager - Business Analysis for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will require the experience and skillset to gather and agree requirements with the business stakeholders, removing any ambiguity and documenting them in a manner whereby they’re understood by both the stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Conversely, technical solutions will require validation and articulation back to all stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and document business and/or technical requirements.
  • Work with technical leads to design solutions for change.
  • Create detailed process flows, acceptance criteria and data specs to support requirements.
  • Run workshops/one-on-one interviews/working group sessions to elicit detailed requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation for sign-off and host design review sessions/working group sessions with stakeholders and multiple SME's.
  • Work with the relevant technical teams to ensure readiness for build and resolve design related queries during development.
  • Work with QA lead to confirm test scope and strategy.
  • Work with the Test Manager during the creation of test plans/scripts and support test execution.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in a financial or legal firm.
  • Strong requirement gathering techniques. Must be able to simplify requirements and translate them for target audience, often IT support/developers.
  • Process and technical flow mapping.
  • Data analysis.
  • Proven experience of supporting both technical and user acceptance test cycles.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Meeting facilitation, ensuring meeting objectives are concise and are achieved.
  • Good technical skills with a broad understanding of IT techniques.
  • Desirable working knowledge of ViewPoint or a similar fiduciary administration platform.
