GRS Recruitment is working with a leading technology organisation in Limassol seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the governance and delivery of an Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC). This role sits within the Project Management Office and will act as the key point of contact between the organisation and its external delivery partner, ensuring successful delivery, strong vendor performance, operational readiness and effective knowledge transfer.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the relationship and governance framework with the ODC vendor.
- Oversee ODC setup, onboarding, delivery performance and transition readiness.
- Monitor vendor commitments, KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, costs and delivery milestones.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalation processes.
- Review vendor proposals, change requests, invoices and commercial commitments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Security and Business teams to ensure delivery meets organisational standards.
- Maintain delivery reporting, governance documentation and performance dashboards.
- Support knowledge transfer and long-term ownership transition.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project management, vendor management, service delivery or technology operations.
- Proven experience managing external suppliers, offshore/nearshore teams or managed service providers.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, commercial management, contracts, budgets, risks and operational readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid delivery models and technology transformation projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe or vendor management qualifications are advantageous.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €55,000 – €65,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
