An established multi-family office with offices based in Limassol is currently looking for a Project Manager (Legal/Compliance/Tax). The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or tax advisory and speak fluent English/Russian. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal and tax support of individuals (personal assets, tax and compliance obligations in different jurisdictions, opening bank accounts, etc.)

Review and drafting of corporate documents (resolutions, agreements, etc.), coordination of projects and deals

Designing of a SoW/SoF file

Setup of succession planning structures (will, etc.)

Tax and currency control consulting
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Experience with “Big4” is an advantage

Knowledge in the fields of corporate, tax laws, basic knowledge of international tax structuring, CFC rules, FATCA/CRS

Fluent English and Russian

Ability to work in dynamic environment (multitasking, adaptation to changing conditions)

Good coordination and legal drafting skills
