GRS Recruitment is working with an established technology organisation in Limassol that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, cross-functional technology projects, working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery from initiation through to completion.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and agreed timelines.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependency management.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external delivery partners to achieve project objectives.

Monitor project progress, governance, financials and delivery performance.

Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to align delivery with business priorities.

Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and changes.

Drive continuous improvement within an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or technology delivery.

Proven track record delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Scrum are considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€45,000 – €55,000 Gross Per Annum
