A leading Legal & Corporate Services company is looking for a Property Advisory Administrator to join their team in Malta. In this role you will provide support to the Property Advisory Services team & Partners, we are looking for someone with strong communications skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft systems. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing support to the Property Advisory Services team & Partners
  • Maintenance of Client Database and internal systems
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Filing and archiving
  • Ongoing and ad hoc projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with internal and external clients
  • Highly meticulous and organized
  • Capable of working to deadlines and within a team
  • Pro-active approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, CRM etc
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Driving Licence
