MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an exceptional service at all times and ensure the satisfaction of the owners

Provide and manage all services required for the smooth operation of the building

Coordination and control of administrative, technical and operational services

Control of accounts and budgeting controls

Building client relationships
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Diploma in property

Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills

Fluent in English and Russian languages

Greek language is an advantage

Excellent Microsoft Office skills & Microsoft Suite
