The successful candidate will be sales-driven and be knowledgeable in real estate both locally and internationally. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and sustaining good working relationships with team members and sales consultants on the subject of real estate

Constantly gathering, inspecting, adding and keeping up-to-date the real estate portfolio in Cyprus

Relationship management with clients which includes site visits and handling the information requests. You always need to be up-to-date with the real estate intel in Cyprus and update the clients accordingly.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in global real estate markets.

Should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Have previous experience with the investment through property scheme in Cyprus

Knowledgeable with the local market
