GRS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and reputable boutique law firm in Limassol to recruit a Property Lawyer to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Cyprus-qualified lawyer who is looking to develop their career within property law, with a focus on real estate sales and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of property-related legal matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. Previous experience in real estate conveyancing is considered an advantage, although the firm is open to candidates with strong legal foundations and will provide the necessary training to the right individual.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle legal matters relating to real estate transactions, including property sales and acquisitions.

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

Conduct legal research and provide support on property-related matters.

Liaise with clients, authorities, and other parties involved in property transactions.

Assist with due diligence processes and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.

Provide professional legal support and advice to clients.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Professional approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Genuine interest in developing a career within property law.

Previous experience in real estate conveyancing would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€15,600 - €28,600 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
