On behalf of our client, a well-established, fully licensed, and registered real estate agency, GRS are recruiting a Property Management Services Executive to join the team in Paphos. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare rental contracts
  • Collect and securely keep the deposits
  • Record keeping of the tenants and landlords and their rental payments on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of monthly statements and reporting to CFO
  • Keep track of property inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate work of all departments, landscaping, cleaning, repair and maintenance works, sales and marketing, accounting & finance; work closely with department heads on a daily basis
  • Ensure full compliance to operating controls, policies and service standards
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and company
  • Take photos of new and existing properties under management
  • Update the Company’s website and portals content with photos/contents on a timely basis
  • Collection, store and payment of all expenses/utility bills/ taxes that the owner must pay
  • Constant communication with owners and tenants on all outstanding issues 24/7
  • Management of short-term rentals via platforms like Airbnb and booking.com
  • Promote and advertise the Company’s product actively in new markets
  • Attend exhibitions abroad, if needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry will be considered as advantage
  • Strong passion for work with an ambition to succeed
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine desire to learn and develop
  • Ability to lead a team, introduce, evaluate and implement innovative practices
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Possess a clean driving license
