On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known Real Estate company in Paphos, GRS are recruiting a dynamic and enthusiastic Property Rental Sales Supervisor to join their team.   • Manage and promote of short-term rentals via platforms like Airbnb and
  • Keep track of all bookings, guests’ arrivals, and special requirements
  • Maximize property revenue and occupancy rates with-up selling techniques
  • Know the different property categories, accommodation rates and services/guest activities that we offer
  • Responsible for executing the business’s marketing plan
  • Promote and advertise the Company’s product actively in new markets
  • Be an ambassador for the company, by attending local and overseas exhibitions, if required
  • Take photos of new and existing properties under management
  • Update the Company’s website and portals content with photos/contents on a timely basis
  • Anticipate and handle any guest complaints, special requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines 24/7
  • Prepare contracts
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records of all necessary information eg company’s revenue, reviews, bookings, preparation of monthly statements and reporting to CFO
  • Supervise and coordinate work of all departments, repair and maintenance works, sales and marketing, accounting & finance, work closely with department heads on a daily basis
  • Ensure full compliance to operating controls, policies and service standards
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry will be considered as advantage
  • Strong passion for work with an ambition to succeed
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal + written), customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine desire to learn and develop
  • Ability to lead a team, introduce, evaluate and implement innovative practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
  • Able to work on his/her own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Possess a clean driving license
